WEO now has 27 member organisations world-wide addressing the significant global issues facing those with endometriosis and to improve their health outcomes.

Deborah Bush co-founded Endometriosis New Zealand in 1985, and has developed the “menstrual health and endometriosis” (“me”) programme for schools. She works with all stakeholders in endometriosis and is committed to collaboration.

Ailsa Irving founded the National Endometriosis Society in 1981 and was a pioneer in raising awareness of endometriosis, and exploring complementary therapies for the disease.
